Those families who do not select one of the service types below and wish alternative arrangements will be required to use the itemized price list below.

THE SERVICES LISTED ABOVE DO NOT INCLUDE ANY MERCHANDISE (CASKET, OUTER BURIAL CONTAINER, URN AND SERVICE RELATED ITEM) OR SERVICE RELATED ITEMS (CASH ADVANCE ITEMS) TO BE PROVIDED BY OTHERS (CEMETERY, FLOWERS, OBITUARIES, CLERGY, AND ECT).
ITEMIZED SERVICES
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
A. SERVICES AVAILABLE
1. BASIC SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF……..........................................………..………...$ 1,500.00
Includes twenty-four hour availability of licensed funeral director, consultation with family or responsible parties to receive direction and instruction for arrangements and to obtain vital statistics; implementation of services desired, coordination of all parties involved, preparation and filing of all necessary legal documents, notices, authorizations and consent; and any others services and attendance prior to, during and following the arrangements as selected. Also included in this charge are overhead expenses related to our facilities such as professional licensing, state mandated continuing education, legal and accounting fees, insurance, building and utility expenses, medical waste expenses, parking lot and grounds maintenance, taxes, equipment, furnishings, inventory costs, record keeping and administrative expenses and any expenses for compliance with OSHA and ADA rule and regulations.
2. EMBALMING……………………………………….......................................................…………………………….………..$ 695.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming is necessary if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as funeral with a viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose and arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or direct burial. The fee for embalming includes the use of the preparation room and all related equipment and also for the maintenance of the room for compliance with local, state and federal (OSHA) rules and regulations. Embalming is required by the funeral home if viewing is requested beyond 24 hours after death.
3. OTHER PREPARATION OF DECEASED...………..............................................…….………….………….………..$ 185.00
This fee is for usual and normal and post embalming care services including but not limited to dressing, cosmetology and casketing of the body. This fee would also apply when no embalming is preformed for the temporary shelterization of the body and also the washing and disinfecting of the body as required by state regulations.
4. SPECIAL CARE OF UNEMBALMED FOR VIEWING………..................................................…………….………....$ 250.00
This fee is in addition to OTHER PREPARATION OF DECEASED to allow family members to view the deceased with in 24 hours of death with out embalming.
B. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND USE OF FACILITIES
1. VISITATION/VIEWING AT FUNERAL HOME OR OTHER LOCATION.................................................……$ 623.00
Includes the use of funeral home, supervision and attendance during the visitation. This fee would also apply for a visitation at another location compensating for the additional use of equipment and staff.
2. FUNERAL SERVICE AT FUNERAL HOME OR OTHER LOCATION……...................................................…..$ 380.00
Includes the use of the funeral home, supervision and attendance during the funeral service. This fee would also apply for a funeral service at another location compensating for the additional use of equipment and staff.
3. MEMORIAL GATHERING AT FUNERAL HOME OR OTHER LOCATION...............................................…$ 623.00
Includes the use of the funeral home, supervision and attendance during the gathering. This fee would also apply for a gathering at another location compensating for the additional use of equipment and staff.
4. MEMORIAL SERVICE AT FUNERAL HOME OR OTHER LOCATION……...................................................$ 380.00
Includes the use of the funeral home, coordination, supervision and attendance during the memorial service. This fee would also apply for a memorial service at another location compensating for the additional use of equipment and staff.

Includes our service for coordinating the funeral arrangements at gravesite , supervision of the serviced and any equipment, vehicles and staff necessary to conduct graveside service.
C. AUTOMOTIVE EQUIPMENT
1. TRANSFER OF DECEASED TO FUNERAL HOME….......................................................…...……………….....….$ 260.00
This fee is for transportation to the funeral home within a 30-mile radius and any additional mileage will be charged at the rate of $ 2.00 per loaded mile. Trips of more than eight hours will require additional charges.
2. FUNERAL COACH FOR FUNERAL SERVICE…….….....................................................…………......................…$ 175.00
This fee is a single day use and is for transportation within a radius of 30-miles of funeral home and any additional mileage will be charged at $2.50 per loaded mile. Trips of more than eight hours will require additional charges. This fee is also for transportation to a local cemetery.

This fee is for the use of vehicles for, but not limited to, securing documents and permits, transport of equipment, delivery of flowers and any other transportation necessary to conduct a funeral or memorial service. This fee also is for transportation of deceased to and from crematory.
